Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Data Entry Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information
  • Collect, verify, and accurately enter required data into designated systems
  • Monitor records to ensure timely submission to appropriate authorities or systems
  • Generate and review periodic reports to support departmental and regulatory needs
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as established by leadership, maintaining logs and submitting reports as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related administrative role
  • Ability to accurately extract and enter data from records
  • Familiarity with industry terminology preferred
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency with common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email systems)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
  • Multilingual skills are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
